Business Development Scientist
(U.S. Multiple positions). As a Director of Business Development you will be responsible for setting up pharmaceutical development contracts and business relationships. This entails bringing in new clients and business, as well as identifying potential opportunities for additional business with existing clients. In this role you will apply your strong selling skills and effective strategies to meet personal sales goals. You will take part in building sustainable BD activities and strategize with our team to create the most effective ways to be successful as a group. The BD Scientist will have great verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and creativity to problem solving. Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are prerequisite for the position. Director – Technical Business Development
Analytical Scientist needed as Director of Technical Business Development. Primary job responsibilities will be inside sales to pharmaceutical companies; working as liaison between pharmaceutical companies and our laboratory in terms of defining capabilities, pricing work and facilitating discussions with technical staff. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Chemistry with a vast array of experience in CMC analytical development. Strong analytical background required as well as excellent client communication. Ability to work independently and solve complex drug development problems required. Some travel required. Scientist/Sr.Scientist
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry with 5 yrs experience in pharmaceutical drug development. An in-depth working knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry required. Strong working knowledge of chromatography, dissolution, and mass spectrometry coupled with the ability to solve challenging, complex analytical problems is required. Ability to independently is develop and validate methods as well as generate technical reports a requirement for the position. Excellent communication and customer contact skills are required. Salary commensurate with level of experience.
Laboratory Management
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry with 5 yrs exp. in the operation of major analytical instrumentation & pharmaceutical laboratories. A strong working knowledge of analytical and organic chemistry chemistry is required. The candidate will be expected to oversee the work of several chemists/scientists to ensure technical completeness, quality of work, and that established laboratory SOP's are followed. Experience in methods development/validation, preformulation studies, and quality control testing is required. Working knowledge of HPLC, GC, dissolution, and LC/MS is required. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities are a must for the position. Customer contact and excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills are required. This entails bringing in new clients and business, as well as identifying potential opportunities for additional business with existing clients. In this role you will apply your strong selling skills and effective strategies to meet personal sales goals. You will take part in building sustainable BD activities and strategize with our team to create the most effective ways to be successful as a group. The Senior BD Scientist will have great verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and creativity to problem solving.
